​How Do I Place An Order?
At the moment, the easiest way to purchase is to contact me
via phone, email, or visit my shop on ETSY. I can quickly create a reserved listing for your order from which you can easily pay via PayPal or credit/debit. Soon, very soon, I will enable shopping directly from this site. Thanks for your patience!
Payment and Shipping
Through Etsy, payment is offered via PayPal and credit/debit with their secure Direct Checkout feature. I also accept credit/debit by phone, should you prefer.
All of my pieces are gift boxed and securely wrapped for safe shipping within 3 days of payment received.
All U.S. orders are sent USPS 1st Class Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation. Please make sure your PayPal and Etsy addresses are current and consistent.
I will use alternate shipping methods if you prefer~ just convo me prior to purchase so I can create a custom listing with the revised shipping cost.
All international orders will be sent via 1st Class International Mail, wherever it's accepted. International delivery times vary, so it's safe to expect 4-6 weeks delivery. International customers will be responsible for the additional fees associated with shipping to their respective countries: import taxes, customs duties, etc. These policies vary widely country to country, so contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
Returns & Refunds
I care a great deal about my shop, my creations, and your experience! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact me and we'll work a happy solution. Should a refund be necessary, simply return the unworn item to me within 14 days and I'll issue a full refund (minus the shipping costs) as soon as I receive it.
Privacy Policy
I'm a stickler about privacy. I will never EVER share your information with anyone~ your name, email, address, payment information, nothing. I operate on a very secure server, and I own a quite ravenous paper shredder. Alternatively, I'm not closed to setting things on fire, should you prefer.
Additional Policies
Repairs + Alterations: I stand fully behind my materials + craftsmanship, but life IS full of monkeywrenches. Should something need repair, I'll do so free of charge- simply inbox me so we can hash the details.
Most earwires can be changed to suit your needs. There may be an additional charge in the case of an upgrade, such as brass to sterling. And don't worry- I'll be sure to sterilize 'em prior to packing and shipping.
